The Langdon heads are made from a Hard Coated Optical Acrylic that allows it be:
- 11 times stronger than standard glass
- have a low weight, half the weight of standard glass
- have a high light transmittance that standard glass
- have a high UV resistance
- Have a high resistance to abrasion and chemicals.
